About the function
Due to broad growth, the client is seeking an practiced Senior Payroll agent to join their high performing team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner you will have a broad range of key tasks including:

   » Month/Year end reconciliations and reporting
   » Maintaining employee details, pay records and income information including processing new employees and terminations.
   » Provide skills across payroll system changes, configuration and decision making.
   » Processing weekly and monthly payrolls in conformity with approved timesheets and deadlines.
   » IRD filing and payments, PAYE, ACC annual reconciliations and related compliance administration.
Skills & practice
   » Minimum 5 years’ practice processing end to end payroll within New Zealand.
   » Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
   » Solid knowledge of significant NZ legislation.
   » practice with handling large volumes of numerical data
   » practiced knowledge of MYOB
   » Excellent customer service focus, capability to work to tight deadlines and advanced proficiency in Excel.
