Key Job responsibilities: · Complete everyday data records · Lead small crews in propagation and growing techniques · Prioritise tasks · Assign staff and resources to tasks and perform quality control · Inspect crops – nutrition/pests/diseases – and work with applicable staff to address any issues · Maintain a safe and healthy workplace for all employees by following safety and health rules and practices and reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe equipment, practices or conditions candidates will: · have a passion for plants, preferably with horticultural practice · have 1-3 years practice leading teams · be physically fit Skills:
