We contract staff on various orchards around the Poverty Bay area. We have 30 positions available for Maize – Sweetcorn Detasselers . Starting from 17/01/2022 onwards. Previous practice would be an advantage; however, training will be provided. prosperous candidates will need to be honest, hardworking, and reliable; physically fit and healthy and willing to be hands on and be able to work as a team or independently unsupervised. Own reliable transport would be good but not necessary. Information technology is also recommended to have a good set of wet weather gear. Prepared to stay in Gisborne for at least 6 weeks , and there be a possibility of further work for the right people . candidates for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. Starting rate will be $22.50 plus 8% holiday pay (Total $24.30) with the potential to gain bonus rate* depending on work performance and relicapability .
