The EIT School of Trades and Technology require an enthusiastic carpentry tutor to teach across all levels of carpentry all over the Tair?whiti region.

You will look after a class of 12-18 students and have the opportunity to complete community located projects.

The ideal candidate will have sound theoretical and practical expertise in carpentry with considerable practice in the carpentry industry. A significant qualification is essential with teaching practice in the carpentry industry a definite advantage but not essential.

Our team is growing to meet the needs of industry, and you will receive coaching and support to transition from trade-person to tutor.

located in Gisborne this is a full-time fixed term position to January 2023.
