The Pacific Business Trust is the Pacific Economic Development Agency of New Zealand. Its focus is on growing innovation, talent and leadership abilities through bespoke and responsible business programmes, and to provide business grants that grow Pacific business.
Our purpose is to be a navigator and leader in supporting Pasifika people to thrive in business and employment through the provision of support and resources to Pacific people, communities, and businesses. We aim to improve the capcapability and prosperity of Pacific business as well as fuel its growth.
To support the growth, we have some new and exciting opportunities available to work closely with our network.
ABOUT THE function
The PBT Service Provider Network is a range of contractors, consultants and suppliers who are connected with our clients who provide services and support. This newly created position will work closely with these providers to ensure they meet our businesses demands, helping us make key strategic decisions.
Maintaining and engaging with our network is an essential element to this position, whilst looking at opportunities to extend and grow the network in a way that adds value to our services.
You will also be responsible for:
   » Identifying needs within our network and proactively sourcing new providers
   » Follow up on any specific needs relating to the network
   » Preparing status reports
   » Senior relationship management with the network
ABOUT YOU
The prosperous candidate will have a deep commitment to our Pacific community with a positive and flexible attitude with previous practice in a senior relationship management function.
Whilst a good knowledge of Pacific culture is preferred Information technology is likely the prosperous candidate will have practice in working with a wide variety of professional providers.
practice using Salesforce would be advantageous.
