The function

In this team they register and monitor charities and build sector capcapability to comply with the law by providing guidance material, online and print resources. The purpose of the Personal adjunct function is to provide consistent and dependable personal, secretarial and administrative support services to the General Manager and wider Charities team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and confidential secretarial support
• Manage each assigned manager’s diary and inbox
• Provide administrative support to the wider Charities team
• Schedule and organise team meetings and events
• Arrange travel bookings and catering
• Coordinate induction of new staff
• Coordinate the setup of Information technology resources as required by the team and Service Desk
• Financial support

expertise and practice

• practice in a fast paced, high demand Personal adjunct and/or team administration function
• Excellent customer service expertise
• Proven initiative and effective communication
• capability to prioritise workloads and negotiate deadlines in the face of competing demands
• Proven capability in the use of Microsoft Office Desirable
• Business Administration Diploma
