They are headquartered in Auckland CBD. Following a deep-dive product review, a small project team has been established to assess issues relating to a legacy group of products. The Product Manager will take responsibility for providing technical product skills and inputs to this complex project. This will include: » supporting project delivery activities with technical product skills » supporting progress of the project plan » managing the delivery of key product outputs of the project to the highest quality standards within agreed timeframes » communicating with key stakeholders and partnering with them to clearly understand and deliver to desired business results The Product Manager will take responsibility for technical product inputs required for the project deliverables. Responsibilities include: » Managing issue investigation required for the project » Ensuring quality assurance on delivery » Providing inputs and assisting with project reporting » Assisting with investigation and product skills to prepare handover of issues, as required, to the Remediation team » Providing product review insights and ensuring all other product quality processes are followed. We would be delighted hear from interested candidates who have prior practice in a Product Management position, with a depth of expertise in general insurance, particularly lifestyle-focused, products. You'll be adept at maintaining influential working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. this function will be for an initial period of 6 months and could be located in either Auckland or Wellington.
