We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Transformation Consultant to join a long-standing multinational bank in Auckland CBD. This Full-Time role offers a competitive salary of $65 - $70 Per Hour for a 12-month contract with the opportunity for extension and/or career development. As a key player in the Financial and Insurance Services industry, our client presents an exciting opportunity for you to lead transformative projects and shape the strategic direction of the organization. Candidates must currently reside in New Zealand and hold the right to work.

Detailed Job Description: As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving change and optimizing operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities include:
   » Leveraging your strong analytical skills to identify strategic opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
   » Leading and supporting AI and Data-related projects to drive innovation and business growth.
   » Engaging directly with clients and excelling in business documentation to clarify requirements and objectives.
   » Developing comprehensive process maps to understand the As-Is and To-Be scenarios and guide transformation initiatives.
   » Collaborating with development and testing teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
   » Documenting requirements from product owners and business leads to drive successful project outcomes.
   » Reporting team and project status to Project Management and the leadership team, providing timely updates.
   » Managing resource onboarding/off-boarding and access requests to ensure smooth project execution.
   » Assisting with monthly forecasting, invoicing, and handling other ad-hoc tasks to support project success.
   » Performing other tasks, such as team communication enabler, compliance with DS&P regulations, w2, GPE development, project code management, and expense management.
Candidate's Profile: To excel in this Business Transformation Consultant role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
   » Proven track record with 5+ years of business analysis and transformation consulting experience in the Banking and Insurance industry.
   » Strong analytical abilities to drive strategic initiatives and organizational improvements.
   » Extensive experience in AI and Data-related projects, showcasing your expertise in leveraging technology for growth.
   » Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to document complex business processes effectively.
   » Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate teams toward successful outcomes.
   » Auckland-based and willing to work from the office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
