This is a new position located within the practice, so you really have the capability to make Information technology your own and incorporate policies and procedures into the function. The organisation progresses within, so this function will open a lot of doors.

The team this is function is located within is a high-performing, motivated team. You will be a real efficient and proactive team player, with the capability to prioritise and communicate to a high standard. this function ensures the smooth running of the team and is responsible for a full range of legal secretarial services including administration activity, diary management, file management and billings. this function is support x2 individuals.

• practice in a legal secretary function is a must
• practice with litigation is desirable
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite
• Attention to detail
• Diary management professional
• Travel Co-ordination
• A focus for exceptional customer service
• capability to work autonomously or within teams
