Offer: Review Specialists – Auckland, Hamilton, Christchurch or Lower Hutt:ACC_hainesJob description:Job Description»Auckland (Newmarket), Hamilton (Te Rapa), Lower Hutt or Christchurch locations available»Work across the organisation Join our team, responsible for managing the end to end dispute resolution process when customers disagree with a decision made by ACC. About the function A day in the life of a Review Specialist involves looking at our decisions made here in ACC through the eyes of our customers and reviewers. You will identify if early resolution is possible with clients and advocates, getting to the core of the issue. When early resolution is not possible, you will represent ACC at conciliation and review hearings. We work across all areas including Surgery, Treatment injury, Cover Registration, PIC, Assisted, Supported and Partnered Recovery, Accidental death, Sensitive Claims and Business Customer reviews. This means that no two days are the same and you have plenty of variety in your work and autonomy in your day to day work to make a real difference to our customers practice with ACC. As a Review Specialist, you will need to be someone who can feel with their heart but think with their head, someone who can listen and ensure our customers feel heard, someone who can navigate through conflict and Somebody with a proven track record of excellent communication leading to great results.
