About the function:
This position is fully working in the house with the support online from a great team. You must have customer service practice- both phone and email. Having fully functioning internet is also a must. The shifts will be on a rotating roster, so you must be able to be flexible with your start and finish time – sometimes starting at 8am and sometimes finishing at 8pm. You will also be required to work some weekends- however you will be told well in advance in regard to what shift you are on.
   »  All technical equipment provided
   »  Work in the house
   »  Training will be provided
   »  You must be confident answering questions through emails
   »  You must have a good quiet setup at home where you can work with no distractions
About you:
   »  Have customer service practice
   »  Have excellent computer expertise
   »  Have excellent communication expertise – both written and verbal
   »  Reliable and committed to the function
