Successful applicants will have the following: » Minimum of 3 years relevant experience and technically sound in welding and structural fabrication » Knowledge of fabricating methods and materials » Ability to interpret drawings, plans and blueprints » Disciplined and self motivated with a positive approach to work » Good organisational skills with the capabilities to plan own workloads and work under own initiatives » Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must » Be able to provide two work related references You will be required to show us your welding prowess by completing and passing a weld test with our clients.
