Administration adjunct FTC - Part time (24 hours)

This is a position best suited to a switched on administrator who has a friendly personality, to join a down to earth professional services team in the CBD. You will be picking up overflow work from the current team administrators and will work closely within your admin team to provide a bit of pressure relief. You will really enjoy your team – so a work day that will give you a sense of achievement, where you are valued and appreciated.
The right person will have a five day a week availcapability, but how you work your 24 hours is over to you. Normal business hours are 8.30-5pm so your scope can be anywhere within this range.
You will have a good grasp of Excel, but above all, a reliable and friendly work ethic. Your tasks will be document management related and you will be using a variety of procedures and systems. You will be trained and supported fully, with this professional team.
