Our clients in Lower Hutt are looking for experienced machine operators and process operators to join their teams ahead of peak seasons. Multiple full-time roles available on different sites. Day and night shifts available! Key Responsibilities: » Operate and monitor machinery to ensure production standards are met » Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment » Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment » Inspect finished products for quality assurance » Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities » Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines To be successful: » Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (experience in food or plastic production is advantageous) » Physically fit » Forklift license is advantageous but not necessary » Pass a pre-employment drug screen » Provide two work references All applicants must have the right to live and work in NZ.
