About the Role
Reporting to the Country Manager you would provide operational support to the Auckland, Hamilton, and Christchurch Offices. This is a varied role that will suit someone inquisitive.
Some tasks include:
   » Planning and coordination of business events/conferences, branch functions and internal meetings as assigned by immediate manager.
   » Assist in the preparation of onboarding new employees into the business by organizing employee cards, desk, office supplies, etc.
   » Maintain records, computer files, databases, etc. for the employees, clients, and vendors.
   » Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
   » Consulting with staff in other departments, e.g., finance, IT for invoices, payments, etc.
   » Address colleagues' queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements)
   » Greeting Auckland office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
   » Performing GR on every invoice that came through vendor and has PO number
   » Assisting Sales Administrative team
   » Responsible for the coordination associated with sales and marketing events.
   » Collaborating with the company's EH&S Lead you will host monthly EH&S meeting

Skills and Experience
   » Proficient computer and typing skills
   » Experience in SAP and SharePoint is essential
   » Previous experience working for sales and/or technology-oriented business is desired
   » Good interpersonal and communication skills.
   » Organized, resourceful and customer oriented.
   » Self-driven, positive and with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
   » High attention to detail.
