Our client is a very reputable distributor and marketer of electrical accessories, lighting, cooling and heating.

They are looking for a Product Manager Assistant working with the Business Unit team, doing whatever it takes to assist the team to grow the business

About the role:

As a Product Manager Assistant, you are someone with a strong desire to learn, who is enthusiastic and committed, with a "make it happen" attitude. You must be a team player who relates to all people and cultures, can handle shifting priorities and works well under pressure.

This will be a month by month temporary contract with the opportunity to go perm for the right candidate. This role will be 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities as a Product Manager Assistant:

Sales
   » Prepare Sales Submissions and Presentations

Product
   » Prepare and execute Stock Forecasts
   » Sample and Spare Part management
   » Preparation and maintenance of all documentation including Product Manuals, Rating Labels, QC Specs, Packaging etc
   » Consumer technical support (with CSR's)

Marketing
   » Coordinate website collateral
   » Coordinate all marketing material

General
   » Support of field sales and merchandising team
   » Setup of in-store merchandising, demonstrations and training of Territory Managers
   » All other activities as requested to deliver business unit objectives

To be successful for this role you must have:
   » Minimum 2 years CSR/Sales Experience or Graduate
   » Technical aptitude
   » Computer literate
   » Current drivers license and no conviction
   » Excellent communication, organisational and documentation skills
   » Excellent attention to detail
