Opportunity for an practiced HR Business Partner or a Senior HR Advisor ready for the next step - come and join a unionised global organisation in a busy function.

The function will be responsible for the coaching and capcapability development of Managers on performance management and talent management.

The function will provide support nationally, assisting with implementing HR operational strategies, systems, policies and procedures.

We are seeking for Somebody with solid practice in unionised environments, and enjoys ER/IR and working with collective agreements, providing advice on issues.

Excellent communication expertise and stakeholder management expertise across all levels are key to the success of this function.
