Our 4.5 star hotel is seeking a Part Time Night Audit Agent/ Night Porter to join our friendly and professional team. Your day-today The moment a guest steps in to one of our hotels, they walk in to a genuinely memorable practice. As a part time Night Audit Agent/ Night Porter, you'll not only be the person guests rely on to handle transactions, you'll also offer local insights and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location. During your Night Audit shifts, you'll be responsible for the everyday auditing of the day's transactions and ensure a smooth and prosperous "roll" of the hotel to a new day. In your Night Porter tasks, you will be responsible for ensuring the public areas and bathrooms are clean and ready for the following day. What we need from you » The ideal candidate is likely to have practice in a Night Audit position within a busy hotel. » You will have an eye for detail along with a passion for numbers and accuracy. » You will be guest focused, with no request too big or too small to ensure guest satisfaction. » You will be required to work the overnight shift from 11pm to 7.30am and able to work on weekends and public holidays » Have a full driver's licence » Valid New Zealand working rights (no sponsorship for this position is provided) What we offer We’ll compensate all your hard work with a great income and benefits – including a uniform, great room discount and superb training.
