Plumbing ApprenticeJob location:Auckland Manukau & East Auckland Work Type: Permanent » » » »Aftersales located; plumbing junior required; great longevity and growth »Work with the best; valuable skills in customer service/technical skills »Mt Wellington located; permanent function; hands on/physical work My client is a highly reputed provider of quality bathroomware supplies, with a decades long footprint of providing the best service and quality products to valuable clientele. Part of the service they provide, is the After Sales Support team. This is a team of professionals who are there to support the back end of the clients practice, sometimes years beyond the purchase of their product. Robertson Ltd sets itself apart with it’s dedication to the right advice and support all over the life cycle of it’s products. This very important space in the business has it’s own lab for experimenting and problem solving, a huge warehouse with excess stock that is sold at discounted prices and marketed in house. Your function will sit across both the warehouse and the aftersales team initially, and with time and your own choice as to which space you prefer to go, your option would then be to take to the warehouse full time, or the aftersales technical team. The right person for this function is very much located on personality. You will be: » Junior and trainable in nature » An inquisitive person who likes to problem solve » Very well spoken so you can speak with customers and other team members in detail » A reliable and honest team player » Ideally have an interest in a hands on function, tinkering, someone who loves to know how things work You may be studying, or in uni and not feeling that your career path is quite right, or you may have started a plumbing apprenticeship and have found that being on the tools isn’t quite for you. The main requirement of you is that you are well spoken, good with people and have a genuine interest in this space and the nature of the work.
