Our client has a massive footprint in New Zealand and they are looking for an practiced Customer Service professional to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
About the function:
   » In this function you will take incoming calls, as well as responding to email corresponding from customers
   » Queries will relate to providing quotations and following up on quotations
   » Onboarding customers onto the client management system
   » Order processing
   » Processing customer reports
About you:
   » You will ideally have practice in a freight forwarding / logistics environment
   » A basic knowledge of shipping will be very advantageous
   » You will be passionate about service delivery and a proven track record on providing excellent service in the import and export industry
