We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Albany a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic trays. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a drive for excellence, we invite you to apply for this position.

Shists Available:

-Dayshift - 6:00AM - 2:30PM
-Nightshift - 10:00PM - 6:00AM

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain plastic tray manufacturing machines efficiently and safely.

- Set up machines for production according to specifications and quality standards.

- Monitor production processes and conduct regular inspections to ensure trays meet required quality criteria.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production, making necessary adjustments to machines as needed.

- Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and minimize downtime.

- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.

- Keep detailed records of production output, machine maintenance, and any incidents that occur during the shift.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve machine efficiency and overall production processes.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in machine operation is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in plastic manufacturing or related industries.

- Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting plastic tray manufacturing machines (e.g., injection molding machines, thermoforming machines, etc.).

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

- Physical ability to lift and move materials as required.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and able to meet production targets.

- Team player with excellent communication skills.
