In this role, you'll be responsible for managing accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and maintaining effective communication with vendors. Responsibilities: » Handle accounts payable tasks including invoice processing and vendor communication. » Ensure accurate and timely recording of invoices and payments. » Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. » Assist with month-end closing activities. » Collaborate with other departments for documentation and compliance. Requirements: » Experience in accounts payable - 3-5 years » Proficiency in Xero or MYOB. » Strong attention to detail and communication skills. » Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
