That skill is essential as you will be driving a Suzuki DR200 from the first day. Everything else we can teach. We have a 700 cow dairy farm in Whakamaru and can offer at least 6 weeks farm work from 1 July. We have a 50 bail rotary cowshed. The job involves milking cows, moving cows between paddocks, feeding calves, cleaning equipment etc. We are seeking for a person who is reliable, friendly and has good strength. Some heavy lifting of calves will be required. Our farm is 20 mins to Taupo and 30 mins to Tokoroa, so you need your own car. The job will be $21 per hour + $1.68 holiday pay = $22.68 per hour. Information technology will be about 6 - 9 hours per day. The roster is 11 days on then three days off (Thurs, Fri, Sat). For accommodation we provide a fully furnished cabin. Information technology has a bathroom, small kitchen and almost everything you need. Rent is $150 per week, which includes all electricity costs.
