The Southern Perm Hub Manager will be responsible for leading the team to achieve business goals, maximise profit targets, and ensure the growth of the business in accordance with pre-set targets, budgets, and corporate goals. This is a billing role, and you will not only be responsible for a team, but also the day to day duties and responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant. In this role you will be responsible for: Managing - Ensure that members of the team adhere to Adecco's policies and procedures and all times - Ensure that the team is complying with all operational requests of the business as directed - Ensure the constant flow of communication and information within the team by conducting regular team meetings and one on ones Recruitment - Actively work to attract new clients, using a variety of means including marketing and networking - Proactively attract candidates, ensuring high quality care - Accurately establish clients' needs, ensuring service delivery is of the highest standards Finance - Engage in regular business planning and reporting activities - Engage in proactive business development strategies including targeting, marketing proposals and branding exercises - Ensure accuracy in invoicing and financial requirements of the team - Forecast accurately all business measures Please note that we will only be accepting applications from people in New Zealand, with valid working rights.
