About the role They are looking for a superstar Warehouse Manager who enjoys a hands-on role and will take responsibility of the day to day operations of their Warehouse, based in Onehunga. You will be working with a great team, supervising 4 team members in the day to day warehouse activities to ensure stock is received and dispatched, while ensuring inventory control and productivity targets are met. While implementing process improvements within the warehouse, you will also be providing leadership and developing the warehouse team through mentoring, coaching and training. About you You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, while delivering the best possible service for customers. You'll bring a work history of managing a Warehouse and an eye for identifying opportunities to improve processes and making things run more efficiently. Having a thorough knowledge of health and safety requirements in a warehouse environment is important. It goes without saying that you'll have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to build solid relationships across all levels of a business and with a wide variety of customers.
