About the Employer :
   » This is a fulltime permanent function within a leading women’s healthcare service and our client is seeking an practiced leader (of at least two years) to supervise their busy North Shore located staff on the front desk, operations and service delivery
   » This Clinic offers a warm, friendly and nurturing service to women all over their practice, ie from the moment patients walk through the front door.
About the function:
This is a highly important function where you will be required to ensure the unique needs of all patients are met and that the Practice provides a high level of healthcare. The purpose of the manager/Practice Manager function is to provide effective support to the Service Manager, ensuring the Clinic maintains a high level of patient satisfaction and efficient practice operation.
A busy function that holds a high level of responsibility, think variety, every day will be different. tasks include but are not limited to:
   » Provide a high standard of medical services to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction
   » Assist with the coordination of clinical specialist and reception services
   » Lead and support staff to provide the best service to patients
   » Providing everyday management of reception and clinical services
   » Supervise and coordinate work practices
   » Manage staff rosters
   » Ensure all staff meet the expectations of their function through goal setting, coaching and feedback
   » Assist with promotion and business growth
You:
   » Have at least two years proven managery practice in a medium sized service industry organisation, health sector is essential
   » Staff management, budget management and relationship management practice
   » capability to analyse business and performance data
   » Health/Medical sector practice
   » Can motivate and manage a team of staff, allocating work, appraising performance and taking appropriate action to address any issues with staff
