As the busy summer season approaches, we have identified the need for a gun Sous Chef to offer key support in the running of our kitchen and food service. While Information technology would be the dream for you to have sound practice at this level, if you believe you have what Information technology takes to step up to the challenge and fancy taking your career up a notch – Information technology is absolutely worth having a chat. What we need from you; • Proven cooking expertise, and the drive to turn out tasty dishes. • Solid approach to organisation, as you’ll be involved with ordering, stock control, and more. • A love for food and creating menus would be a bonus - as we are big on weekly specials and always value team input. • Your cool head when the heat is on, decisive nature, problem solving abilities, and true team player approach. • All of the usual but necessary attributes – strong work ethic and communication, next level attention to detail, an eye for presentation, refined technique, product expertise, and a winning attitude.
