You must have the capability to work independently and we run a small kitchen team so you will work closely with our Head and Sous Chef and we also cater to an increased amount of private functions so occasional split shifts will be required in this function. The position is open from now through to May 2023. Also looking for a restaurant host in our restaurant should you be a couple.
