Our services are driven by technology and you'll need to not only be a whizz at using a variety of systems, but also great at identifying opportunities to improve how we do things for the benefit of both customers and the company. We use Zoho CRM and if you've had practice with this software or other CRM systems, that would be a plus. Your writing expertise (for customers, not creative writing) also need to be top notch. Managing rights in the digital world involves data, data and more data and your attention to detail and level of accuracy must be second-to-none. You'll be cool under pressure and great at verbal communication and working in a small team. This position has a total focus on providing our customers with a level of service that makes their interactions with us 100% positive. Our shared office space is located in the centre of Takapuna and your 25 hours with us each week can be split between the office and wherever else you're at your most productive.
