In this position of Design and Implementation Advisor/Senior Advisor you will use your expertise and practice to provide analysis, advice and information to design and deliver new/improved injury avoidance products and services – bringing the voice of customer to life. This is your opportunity to embrace our agile methodology and design and deliver solutions that influence Health and Safety systems and have a positive impact on the lives of New Zealanders. For you to be prosperous in this function We are seeking for you to bring your practice in: » Leading the design and implementation of new services or products » Co-development, human centred design or behavioural change » Developing strong evidence located approaches to design/change » Building solutions through collaborative working with internal and external partners » knowledge of the machinery of government and development of business cases for investment » Providing practical solutions to complex issues » Internal and external stakeholder and relationship management » Working effectively within a collaborative agile team » Developing and implementing communication and engagement plans would be useful You will be joining a friendly and passionate team who enjoy working in a fast paced and agile environment.
