Due to a secondment opportunity, we are keen to have an intermediate level ER Consultant join our team until the end of the year. You’ll be joining a small specialist team and will get involved in the following: » Leading and working with our leaders to support in disciplinary, performance and absence processes » Advising and guiding leaders on ER matters » Working with other members of the talent team » Interpreting the law and correctly applying policy Our ideal person will be able to demonstrate they: » can quickly build rapport and provide effective advice and solutions within a large complex organisation » are able to engage others in a collaborative way and are happy to help the team reach prosperous results » have practice and sound knowledge of NZ employment law and practices » are resilient, positive and can work at any level within an organisation with a few life expertise under their belt.
