We’re in the process of taking everything we do to the next level from systems to how we work. With Senior Analyst support you will be involved in a wide variety of interesting projects putting your developing financial and analytical expertise to the test. If not already you will eventually be able to provide clear insight into the health market, undertake pricing, modelling and economic analysis. You’ll be report writing, dealing with complex issues, identifying optimal pricing strategies and assessing the financial impact of new services. No two days are the same! This means you’ll get to work with some of New Zealand’s most talented and dedicated professionals in and across the health sector. Pricing is a specialist area, so the right foundation expertise and practice is essential. We will work on the rest together! What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function: » Hold significant tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Statistics » You will ideally have five plus years’ practice in broad business operations » Possess intermediate/advanced excel expertise and an capability to analyse patterns and trends » practice in financial modelling is advantageous » Have clear and concise written and verbal communication expertise » Be curious, inquisitive, and problem solving by nature » Are customer focused with a desire to make a difference » An enthusiasm to develop further It is an exciting time within the Pricing team, we are working closely with other ACC business units and health providers to design and implement several initiatives within the Health Services Strategy programme. These initiatives have innovative operational models that will drive transformational change to health services.
