We’ve got three new functions in our team for smart, humble, and results driven communications advisors to help change the way we commission and deliver work with health providers. Three fixed-term contracts until end of June 2022 available Our purpose at ACC is to improve lives every day. It’s to put our customers first, showing them manaakitanga and supporting their wellbeing. It’s to enable everyone in Aotearoa the freedom to live their lives knowing that if they need us, we’ll be there. But we don’t do this alone, we have a network of 27,000 health providers who deliver exceptional care for our clients. Your function will be to help us deliver this purpose, by working with our Agile teams to engage with our health partners. You will be supporting the delivery of a range of change initiatives to improve health results for injured kiwis. You will be a generalist with a few years’ practice under your belt. You’ll be comfortable lending your hand to a full range of communications and marketing activities. This will include developing and delivering communications strategies and plans and preparing plain English communications for customers. As these functions will work with Agile project teams, so you’ll be someone who enjoys mucking in to get the work done, and who is comfortable moving at pace, navigating ambiguity and changing tack quickly. Ideally, you’ll have worked in an Agile environment before or be open to quickly learning new ways of working from this delivery method.
