About the Role Customer Service Consultant is responsible for ensuring a high level of service is always provided to all customers (both external and internal). The role works closely with the Account Managers and is responsible for ensuring Customer Satisfaction and deliver "end to end" service. Additionally, there are administrative functions that will also be handled by the customer service team. Some responsibilities include: » Phones answered in a timely manner and customers kept informed of any issues » Ensure timely processing and distribution of the Inboxes across all businesses » Timely and accurate entry of orders and general data processing within agreed deadlines » Processing of account sales, and cash sales in accordance with policies and procedures » Respond to a variety of customer enquiries and issues including (Late or no-delivery, Pricing inquiries) » Follow processes for managing customer complaints and ensure follow through to resolution » Understanding of product applications and specifications » Quotations processed in timely manner and customer informed » Liaise with Inventory team with any stock shortages and delays » Ensure the showroom is always fully stocked and presentable for customers » Website enquiries dealt with in a timely manner Skills and Experience » Proficient computer and typing skills » Office administration » Background in the building industry - ideal » Previous internal sales experience » Experience in SAP is desirable » Good interpersonal and communication skills. » Organized, resourceful and customer oriented. » High attention to detail.
