Mo tenei turana mahi – About this function The Head of Risk and Assurance is a key senior leadership abilities function responsible for leading the Risk and Compliance function across ACC and providing oversight of Assurance. this function also provides the connection point to the senior leaders of other specialist risk functions within ACC, and to the Risk Assurance and Audit Committee, Executive and Board. As the Head of Risk and Assurance, your function will be to align and lead strategy, provide thought leadership abilities, and enable the provision of high-quality risk and assurance advice and oversight. The recognised importance, capcapability strengths and value add activities in place provide a strong foundation to work from, with further opportunities ahead to build upon. this function reports to our Deputy Chief Executive, Corporate and Finance, and is located in Wellington. ACC also offers nine percent superannuation on top of base income.
