We are seeking for a lead farm hand and tractor operator to assist with the harvest season. To be considered for this function you must be reliable and have the capability to self-coordinate. Full time function with 40 hours or more. The Hourly Rate is $22.68/hour (inclusive of Holiday Pay) Requirements: - Full New Zealand Driver License - Good communication expertise - Forklift license is an advantage but not necessary. - practice may be required or preferred. Responsibilities include but not limited to - Loading and transportation of fruit bins from the field - Harvest operations - Assist field management - Care and maintenance of farm equipment We are a diverse team; you are expected to work closely with other members of the team including the different departments.
