Role Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical solutions, ensuring their successful implementation in our projects. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results within set timelines and budgets. Responsibilities: » Utilize your strong technical expertise to design and engineer mechanical systems that meet customer requirements and industry standards. » Generate detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings using industry-leading software (e.g, Solidworks, AutoCAD) while considering manufacturing processes and cost-efficiency. » Conduct thorough feasibility studies and analyses to assess the viability and performance of proposed designs. » Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, provide technical guidance, and ensure smooth project execution. » Communicate effectively with customers to gather design specifications, address inquiries, and provide updates throughout the design and development process. » Manage projects, monitor progress, and identify potential risks or issues, implementing appropriate solutions to maintain project schedules and deliverables. » Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance design capabilities and optimize project outcomes. Requirements: »Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. » Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in mechanical design, preferably within a relevant industry. » Proficiency in CAD software, such as Solidworks, AutoCAD, or equivalent. » Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into innovative design solutions. » Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. » Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in design documentation. » Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. » Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
