Piece rates in team of 5 » Planting (late September - early October) » Hop training (mid October to Mid December) Piece rates - $0.70-0.87 per plant. » Tractor operations (Casual, year round). » Hop harvest (March) Pay rates here start at the living wage ($22.10 + 8% holiday pay) and discretionary bonuses apply to piece rate work to ensure that all employees are paid fairly.
