this function is a consultative and proactive function, where you will be analysing and auditing client’s compliance aspect of their business to provide advice, solutions and improvements to further benefit their business. You will be managing an existing client base while continuing to find opportunity’s to further develop your portfolio. You will be working with the executive management team to ensure all AML audits, legislation and projects are met to standard and on time. Communication is key for this function, as providing correct and consultative advice is a large portion of this function.
   » Manage an existing portfolio of clients
   » Managing the compliance on behalf of clients
   » Consulting and advising clients on compliance processes, policies, systems and any legislation and regulation changes
   » Providing compliance review and auditing of clients
   » Conducting AML/CFT Audits
this function will be needing Somebody with practice in compliance, ideally with a legal and financial services background. this function requires someone who is proactive, consultative and solution driven to be able to effectively manage relationships, deadlines and accounts to ensure all work is completed to a high standard. Attention to details, capability to multi task and prioritise tasks is key in this function while managing your own time while under pressure.
