Who are dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for there residents, staff, and visitors. We are currently seeking two Maintenance Team Members to join our team in the Bay of Plenty and Auckland regions. Key Responsibilities: » Conduct maintenance and repairs for buildings, equipment, and plant. » Ensure compliance with safety standards. » Respond to emergency calls promptly. » Assist with administrative tasks. » Promote workplace health and safety. » Coordinate with service providers. Requirements: » Maintenance/handyperson experience preferred. » Physically fit and detail-oriented. » Strong commitment to safety. » Able to work independently. » Customer service-oriented. » Good mechanical aptitude. » Tech-savvy for reports - Laptop provided. » Current full driver's license (manual vehicle). » Compassionate and culturally sensitive. » Effective communicator.
