They are looking for someone who has proven practice support a prosperous team. They are open to candidates from the public and the private sector – You must be a real people person! You will be managing the executive team, including a Team Leader looking after the Administration/Reception team. You will work with the leadership abilities team, managing the reception services, executive support, administration services and facilities management. The function tasks • Executive Support leadership abilities – Be the ‘go to’ person for the Executive support team • Develop and manage working relationships with senior managers • Effective time management of budget, ensuring targets are met and flagging any issues in a timely manner • Ownership of facilities management expertise & practice • practice in a wide-ranging business support services function • Proven practice developing and supporting a team • Strong office system practice • Excellent customer focus and a real people person! • Strong budget management practice • Headstrong – Confident in your position • Strong written and oral communication expertise What’s on Offer?
