With reliable clients on their books, especially government clients, they are seeing workload expand and now requires the need for a competent intermediate to come on board and join the team. This is a $25M technology/data build project located on site in south auckland with some office located work. this function has high visibility and is viewed as critical in terms of the commercial profitablity and accuracy of reporting for this project. You will be managing subcontractors, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. this function would suit an applicant with at least 4-5 years of commercial main contractor QS practice, including design and build practice and with significant tertiary qualifications. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
