Your Role: Great Service Centre Managers can lead by example, talk the talk and walk the walk. Your main responsibility is to run a highly successful business with a strong focus on sales & customer service. You will be able to connect, mentor and organise your team and handle changes that can happen at a minute's notice, make informed decisions and deliver a positive experience for your customers and your team.
