They import and distribute quality rigging equipment, hardware, and lifting chains for the construction industry, and require a person to be the face of their showroom helping customers with their technical queries, processing orders, and continuing to build on the great name they have in the marketplace. To progress further you will need: » To be physically fit as some heavy lifting involved » To have a mature outlook and good work ethics » Be reliable, logical, and trade savvy » Have excellent written and verbal communication skills » Height Safety experience (desirable) » Be positive, with an outgoing outlook, ensuring customers enquiries are dealt with knowledgeably » Have good data entry skills for processing orders » Be able to troubleshoot with basic technical queries » Friendly telephone manner - a can do attitude at all times » Sales experience is a must have » Be a NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident » No criminal history » Full NZ Drivers Licence » Be pro-active, organized, and get it done right the first time You are the face of this company, so the expectation is to provide first-class service in EVERY instance all to be done with a smile. You should preferably come from a sales background and have good listening and interactive skills. Or you may have originally come from a hands-on trade background, but are now looking for something (indoors) and not so manually intensive). This role is Monday - Friday with a 7.30am start. You should also be flexible to stay on past your usual finish time if required, on occasion. Central locaction from wherever home is for you. Do not delay in responding.
