Key Responsibilities: » Lead, mentor, and develop a team of care professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and commitment to quality care. » Ensure the delivery of person-centered care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents, with a focus on psychogeriatric care. » Manage and report on the care home's budget, ensuring financial efficiency while maintaining high standards of care. » Establish and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, staff, and external stakeholders. » Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and staff. » Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and services provided. Qualifications: » Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a similar leadership role within a psychogeriatric care setting. » Current nursing APC » Strong understanding of psychogeriatric care principles and practices. » Excellent leadership and team management skills. » Proficient in budget management and financial reporting. » Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. » Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care. » Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
