TheWaste and Resource Efficiency Business Group(W&RE)isdeveloping and implementing a transformation project to ensure Information technology is well placed to manage increased waste disposallevyrevenue.The project involves a comprehensive overhaul ofthewaste investmentmodel andensuring capcapability and capacity is in place to support the new approach.
We are seeking for a Senior Business Analyst to come into the team for two main functions. Namely to:
   » Support and coordinate implementation of Levy Investment transformation project implementation workstreams
   » Support progression of business maturity initiatives including integration of W&RE projects and services to updated Ministry standards for project, stakeholder and risk management
You will support the waste team through a time of change and dynamic effect.We are seeking for a strategic, innovative and creative thinker to lead this new initiative, through the provision of high quality information, analysis and advice.
The function is highly collaborative and you will need the confidence to develop and influence relationships at all levels across the Ministry, as well as those outside the organisation. The discrete deliverables of the function will be as follows:
   » Coordinate and support Levy Investment Transformation project workstreams to implement an interim investment and connected investment model.
   » Undertake work in various workstreams where required.
   » Working with workstream leads to establish clear project deliverables and objectives.
   » Lead integration of all W&RE projects and services into Planview by April
   » Support development of stakeholder engagement plans for all projects and teams and integration to the CRM
   » Support business case developments where required for business planning
   » Support Programme Director to develop a refreshed model for managing risk across W&RE
