This is an excellent opportunity to support your CV and manage an exciting innovative project. About the function The ideal candidate must have strong project practice, preferably within the HR/Culture change space. You will be working cooperatively with employees across the organisation, you will be a top communicator with the capability to work within one-one settings, with large groups and across diverse work styles and position levels. You will supervise the full project life cycle, manage continuing maintenance, risk analysis, evaluation and measurement whilst reporting into the project management framework. You will be able to track and manage the programme budget, with monthly reporting. Key tasks include: » Provide leadership abilities – Motivating/Managing team members to meet project goals » supervise the full project life cycle » Support the Programme Manager with continuing implementation » Resolve issues and conflicts » Coordinate and lead fellow colleagues with delivery and implementation » Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders » Have an knowledge of significant policies and procedures » Maintain a knowledge of Health and Safety Processes and Initiatives expertise & practice » At least 3+ years proven practice in a Project Management or complex administration environment – Preferably within the HR/Culture Change space » Team Player/Natural Leader – capability to lead diverse teams in a transformative manner » Attention to detail – Accurate record keeping, planning and procurement abilities incl budget management » Proir PRINCE 2 Practitioner Certification would be an advantage » Motivated, with an capability to prioritize workloads » Proven practice working with stakeholders towards results and deadlines Benefits Exciting new opportunity to make a different – You will get to have your footprint in a new innovating project working for a large government organization.
