The role is a mix of reception so answering all incoming calls, taking orders for customers, processing the orders in the system and putting it out to the warehouse forpick, pack and despatch, plus data entry and administration functions. We are looking for someone who has great communication skills, have a great nature and personality, confident over the phone to take orders and have a good computing ability with at least an intermediate level in computing.
