This is a hands-on position, working closely alongside and supporting the recruitment consultants in branch. We are looking for someone with an ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships, while ensuring that service delivery is of the highest standard. Focusing within multiple industry sectors across blue and white-collar business lines in temporary staffing, you will bring with you : » A target and sales driven mindset » Commercial and financial acumen, ensuring business success and profitability » Relevant recruitment OR B2B consultancy/sales experience You will have full P&L responsibilities, ensuring growth and close management of costs.
