Job Description Developing innovative new features for the platform, with an emphasis on front-end/backend web components. Working with Product Owners to design new features. Designing and developing performance improvements to the platform. Coaching and Mentoring less practiced members of the team. Answering business stakeholders's queries about the platform. Working with different integration partners to deal with integration issues. The Day to Day Responsibilities will be to: Develop new features and functionality for high transaction, large scale websites. Designing solutions that are modular, scalable and portable. Participate in design and code reviews. Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the software. Work to improve overall system architecture and design components to meet those goals.
